Refund or Exchange service

1. About the Refund/Replace situation:

1.1 If customer has received the purchased goods already, however, since the quality problem, customer can request for refund or replace arrangement. In this case, customer should provide valid original receipt.

1.2 If customer has completed a sale order but not received the purchased goods yet, however, since the product is out of stock, customer can request for refund arrangement. Our “SE Mall” Customer Service Officer will contact customer for refund procedure.

2. About the Refund method:

2.1 If customer paid the bill though online credit card system, and the refund request has been addressed within 14 days from order day, refund will be credited into customer's credit card account within 4 to 8 weeks upon confirmation.

2.2 If customer paid the bill though online credit card system, and the refund request has been addressed without 14 days from order day, refund will be credited into customer's bank account, which is provided by customer, within 4 to 8 weeks upon confirmation.

2.3 If customer paid the bill by cash on delivery, and whatever the refund request has been addressed within or without 14 days from order day, refund will be also credited into customer's bank account, which is provided by customer, within 4 to 8 weeks upon confirmation.

3. In the event that you would like to claim a refund or replace, please call “SE Mall” customer service hotline 8108 8138 within 7 days from the date of delivery.

4. At the time of product exchange, customer must present the original receipt and/or invoice to “SE Mall”.

5. Packing, accessories, user guide and blank warranty card should be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange or refund.

6. The product to be returned should not be damaged, stretched, defaced or contains any trace of water damage.

7. Refund and/or Replace policy is not applicable to product which has been registered on-line for warranty service.

8. Refund and/or Replace policy is not applicable to product that has undergone any repair.

9. All gift items must be returned together with the returned products, otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from refund.

10. Replace policy only applicable to product which quality is not up to standard.

11. Should there be any disputes, the “SE Mall” 's decision is final and conclusive.
